Yoga is beneficial in the treatment of anxiety, depression, and PTSD. Yoga helps build resiliency, reduce stress, enhance sleep, and increase energy. Partner yoga is wonderful for building connection and encouraging healthy attachment and attunement to self and others. Yoga can be modified to meet every person’s needs and abilities.
